INCOME QUALIFIED HOUSING

Built for the people who keep our towns running.

Our Income Qualified Housing program is for households that earn too much for traditional subsidized housing but not enough to comfortably afford market-rate rent. Same homes, same finishes, rents set by income. If your household income falls within the AMI limits for your area, you may be eligible.
